Well, I know you guys have a voice and I want to hear it!
As of now we have 2 democratic leaders and 2 Republicans…
Democratic Republican
1) Hillary Clinton 1) John McCain
2) Barack Obama 2) Ron Paul*
It’s interesting too see who and what party we think should win our next elections and what they should tackle and fix (I mean like get rid of it, not just additional useless steps) for the good of our country.

Two episodes of the Boondocks were not broadcast in the US, but were shown in Canada. Rumor has it that BET threatened to sue, for what is perhaps, a not so flattering portrayal.
But that’s what the internet is for :D

- The much hyped anime Gurren Lagan is headed to the US, albeit in subtitle form. The dub is set for release in 09′ (Because we all know fans will wait until then to watch it…)
- Stan Lee, of epic Marvel fame, is collaborating with Hiroyuki Takei, the creator of Shaman King, to publish an original manga under Viz known as Ultimo. A movie and TV show are planned as well.
- The Death Note live-action movie will premiere at over 300 select venues on May 20th, 2008 in the US.
- The Legend of Zelda movie may not be real, but the manga series, which features volumes from several games including Ocarina of Time and Majora’s Mask, will hit stateside in October.

“Paramount and Nickelodeon have designated July 2nd, 2010 as the premiere date for The Last Airbender, M. Night Shyamalan’s live action adaptation of Nickelodeon’s animated series Avatar: The Last Airbender. Paramount has dropped the “Avatar” from the live action picture’s title to avoid confusion with James Cameron’s 3-D science fiction film, Avatar, which is slated to debut in December of 2009.”

The majority of us consider ourselves to be tolerant and accepting of other races and religions, but in a society where the media and tradition continues to batter our minds with negative images about certain people, it comes as no surprise that some of us may possess unconscious prejudices. The University of Chicago and Harvard University have two separate tests that examine the rapid judgements people have when they see someone with a certain identity, whether they be African-American, Arab, fat, young, or female.
Deals specifically with African-Americans and Caucasians, and their associations with violence.
Gives a broad range of tests dealing with implicit associations.
